Privacy Policy

 You (hereinafter, referred to as the “Consumer”) agree and consent to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers in this Privacy Policy received from Gillard Global, LLC (hereafter, the “Company”).

 

This privacy policy discloses the Privacy Practices for Company. When you sign up for Company’s services or products that Company sells, you give Company information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, phone number, comments and reviews, and other information that is provided to Company. If services or products is purchased from Company, Company will collect payment information, contact information and details of what was purchased or services provided. While your personal information is stored in our software, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures.

 

Company retains records relating to Professional Services that Company provides so that Company is able to assist in Consumer’s needs. To safeguard Consumer’s personal information Company maintains physical, electronic and procedural processes that comply with Company’s professional standards. Company does not sell, rent, or lease Consumer’s personal information to third parties.

Company may disclose Consumer’s personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Company; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Company, or the public.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund of the monthly payments not including the inital audit fee if : 

 

  • We do not remove any negative items within 120 days (4 months)

  • You have had 120 days (4 consecutive months) from the time that you retain our services.

  • You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your own credit at least 1 year prior to signing up for our services.

  • You have had no new collections or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you.

  • You have maintained credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are assisting you.

  • You have sent updated reports/responses from the three credit bureaus & creditors to us within 5 days of receipt and have made us aware if updated reports have not been received.
